These general terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships in which Millroadcrafts.nl acts as a supplier of products.

Millroadcrafts.nl is registered as a trade name at the Chamber of Commerce under number 37104682.

 

Place an order:
You place an order by placing an article or several articles in the shopping cart (add to cart). Choose "continue shopping" to add more items to your shopping cart.
When you have finished shopping, click on the "checkout" button and go through all the steps.

 

Confirmation of your order:
As soon as you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will also receive your invoice via this email.

 

Personal data:
If you place an order, we ask for the following personal data from you in order to process your order as quickly and easily as possible. Millroadcrafts.nl will not sell your data to third parties or make them available to third parties. Data will only be made available to third parties if it has to do with the execution of your order. The third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your information.

Delivery time:
Millroadcrafts.nl ships the ordered items within 1-2 working days, after receipt of payment, to the specified delivery address. This only applies when the products are in stock. The products of the category embroidery and cards can, if not in stock, be in stock within 1 week. The Artkal products need a longer period of time. This because of the need to import from China. For more information please send an email with your question and we will try to inform you as good as possible.
The shipping is done by shipping service chosen by Millroadcrafts.nl. 
The ownership of the products is transferred upon delivery to the customer, if the products have been paid for in full.
If the products have to be returned, Millroadcrafts.nl will take care of the shipping costs. Millroadcrafts.nl has a maximum delivery time of 30 days. After this maximum period, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason.

 

Agreement:
The purchase agreement between Millroadcrafts.nl and the customer is concluded at the moment the order confirmation is shown on the screen. Millroadcrafts.nl reserves the right to sell articles that have not been paid within 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement, to another party. If the product is paid for after 14 days, the delivery of the product is subject to availability and price changes.

 

Prices and Payments:
The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT but excluding shipping costs, any taxes or other levies, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. 
Payment is made in the manner chosen during the ordering process. In case of payment by bank, the date of payment applies, the date on which the money is written on the account of Millroadcrafts.nl.
If you are in default with any payment, Millroadcrafts.nl has the right to suspend (the execution of) the agreement and related agreements, or to dissolve them immediately without giving any reason.

 

Shipment, Invoice and Payment Method:
Orders are delivered through a package delivery service or can be picked up by appointment (by mail). Millroadcrafts.nl confirms your order by email at the email address you provided. Here you will find the overview of your order with all the necessary information of Millroadcrafts.nl and the data of the customer. All prices are including VAT but excluding shipping costs.
The Invoice will be sent together with the confirmation email but will also be added to your order.
If the parcel is received damaged from the parcel service, please make a note with the parcel service when receiving the parcel. This can prevent many problems with the recovery of any damage incurred.

 

Payment options:
Payment via Ideal/credit card/Paypal/ Applepay
Payment in cash (appropriate) on collection
Payment by pin at the time of collection.

 

Right of withdrawal:
Millroadcrafts.nl uses for the right of withdrawal (the right to cancel) the statutory period of 14 days.
You can return the ordered goods within this period without giving any reason. When the total order is returned, the shipping costs are for the seller. If a part of the order is returned, the shipping costs are for the buyer.
Of course, the packaging and content should not be damaged. Within 14 working days, after receiving back the articles, the amount of the purchase including any shipping costs will be paid to you.
